International Experience Canada (IEC)
IEC is part of Canada’s broader immigration strategy to attract young talent and promote cultural exchange. It is designed to offer young people (typically between the ages of 18 and 35, though the age range can vary depending on the country of citizenship) an opportunity to live and work in Canada temporarily. The program is open to young citizens of IEC-participating countries, which include nations from Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Americas.
85-90% of applicants for the International Experience Canada (IEC) programs are approved when all eligibility criteria are met.
